What is your return & refund policy?
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
If the customer has already received the product and would like a refund, they would need to return the product back to us within 30 days of its original shipment date. The hair must be in its original condition and it cannot have been worn or opened. You can follow our return policy with the information below:
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.
Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.
Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!
We do not refund shipping charges.
For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. We are a wholesale hair extension company and do not have large margins that might factor this into their retail pricing. This applies to both online and in-store purchase.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Domestic (US) Standard Shipping
- Free shipping on domestic (US) orders of $70 or more
- Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under $70
- Express shipping is $15.00
- International orders use carrier-calculated rates (USPS & DHL Express) with no free shipping threshold
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placing them. Contact us immediately.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
